At FPT Software, I have the privilege of working onsite at FRT, a powerhouse in retail that leads markets in electronics (FPT Shop), pharmaceuticals (Long Châu Pharmacy), and vaccination services (Long Châu Vaccination Centers). Among these, I collaborate closely with Long Châu Pharmacy, where my mission is to create impactful software solutions tailored to the pharmaceutical sector.
Each day, my role involves more than just coding; it’s about problem-solving and innovation. From optimizing existing systems to developing bespoke features, I ensure that Long Châu’s operations run smoothly and efficiently. I also play an active role in nurturing a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment by organizing knowledge-sharing sessions and helping my peers tackle complex technical challenges. This exchange not only resolves issues but also fosters a culture of continuous improvement.
As part of the FRT team, I contribute to building systems that drive the company’s dynamic businesses. Whether it’s sales management, promotional campaigns, voucher systems, inventory control, or delivery logistics, I ensure the technology we build empowers seamless operations across all platforms.
Our work is supported by a robust architecture leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as Node.js, MongoDB, Kafka, Elasticsearch, and RESTful APIs. These tools enable us to develop scalable, high-performing systems that keep FRT at the forefront of retail innovation, meeting the diverse needs of customers and maintaining its status as an industry leader.

Senior Software Engineer

Thanks to participating in mini-games on GAPO, I had the opportunity to join the promotion campaign team at ZaloPay. Here, I participated in creating a playground with interesting games, combined with tasks and attractive rewards to attract users.
In the Mapcard Referral project at ZaloPay, I was responsible for managing and updating the system, writing unit tests, integration tests, improving performance, and restructuring the current code. Here, I used technical stacks such as Java, Redis, MySQL, Kafka, RabbitMQ.
In the professional environment of VNG, I experienced a standard software development process, with clear product roadmap and work plans organized by year, quarter, month, sprints, etc., very specific and detailed. Thanks to that, I had time to improve myself and balance work and life. I believe my experience will be a valuable addition to any project I join in the future.

GAPO

Senior Software Engineer

Gapo - a social networking platform, I was assigned to the recommendation team (ML).
Here, I participated in projects related to page suggestions, friend suggestions, group suggestions, and video suggestions.
Despite facing many challenges, I always embraced them with the spirit of "embrace challenges".
As a result, after a period of time, I achieved successes such as learning a new language, Python, understanding how to build AI models, and prioritizing recommendations by assigning weights. Additionally, I also learned how to optimize resources, increase processing speed, and reduce latency.
Furthermore, I also had the opportunity to participate in developing mini-games such as referral friends, completing tasks on the app to collect rewards, and lucky spin.

POPS Worldwide

Senior Software Engineer

At POPS company, I participated in building social media, video streaming, and content management system applications using NodeJS, MongoDB, and Redis. Here, the main focus is on technologies to optimize the loading of data, videos, and images as quickly as possible.

Sendo

NodeJS Developer

The chat application on Sendo is built using NodeJS with Socket.io and integrated with the artificial intelligence feature of FPT AI.
My main task is to receive question messages from users through FPT AI and provide answers to customers.
If users need to check information about orders, delivery status, etc., it will call the corresponding APIs to respond to users.

PHP Developer

A customer information management page. Customers can access this page to update personal information, avatars, delivery addresses, favorite stores, and many other information.

Golang Developer

The marketing application is developed using Golang to support the marketing team in filtering out target customers.
This application can search for customers who have purchased technology products within the last 3 days, customers who have purchased products worth over 1 million VND, and many other conditions.
After collecting requests from the CMS page, the requests will be stored and then filtered simultaneously according to the conditions by n cronjobs.
We use the rabbitMQ tool to collect data from all other sources.

Combros Ltd., Co

Software Engineer

Combros is established by Engineers from Electrical and Technology of HCMC University of Technology in 2015 and specializes in automation, embedded technology and smart solutions with its head office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
At Combros, I participated in three different projects, including AVIGO, ONU, and Search Engine.
1. AVIGO project is a ride-hailing application similar to Grab and Uber. I used Java to develop the backend and PHP (Laravel Framework) for server-side rendering. My task was to implement APIs to support mobile devices and user interfaces. I also learned and used Firebase to build push notification, SMS, and authentication functions.
2. ONU project is a search application for helpers, similar to the AVIGO project. I used the same technology, and my task was to implement APIs to support mobile devices and user interfaces.
3. Search Engine project focuses on filtering emails and searching for keywords. I wrote a script to log in and read all emails from the account, store them in a database, and build content management tools for users to filter and search information, as well as export data to Excel files.
